We'll be discussing every type of villain from the stereotypical to the more complex, as well as why it's important to spend time developing the opposition in your story.


Sarah Reichert (S.E. Reichert) is a writer, novelist, poet, and blogger. She is the author of The Sweet Valley Series (Raising ElleGranting Katelyn, and Composing Laney) and two 80s-themed sweet romances (Rewriting ChristmasBack to the 80s) from 5 Prince Publishing, as well as three other well-received novels. Reichert is the Director of Writing Heights Writers Association, a local organization dedicated to the education and success of writers at every level. She is also the current Youth Coordinator for WHWA. Her work has been featured in The Fort Collins Coloradoan, Haunted Waters Press, Sunrise Summits: A Poetry AnthologyRise: An Anthology of ChangePoetry Ireland Review, and We Are The West: A Colorado Anthology, among other journals across the country. Reichert lives in Fort Collins with her family. In her non-writing hours, she is a mother to two teenage girls, loves being outdoors, and is a 2nd degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate JuJitsu.
